About the role

Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking a Sales Manager in-house to support the sales management team in Honolulu, Hawaii. This full-time, on-site role focuses on assisting Sales Executives with sales presentation strategy, addressing guest questions, and guiding the timeshare sales closing process.

Proven track record of success in timeshare sales, with a minimum of 2 years’ front-to-back experience.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Ability to obtain an active Hawaii Real Estate License within the first 45 days of employment.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous T.O. sales closing or sales management experience.
2+ years’ experience mentoring, coaching, or supervising team members.
