Camden is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the leasing team across one or more multifamily communities in the Washington, District of Columbia area. The role is responsible for driving sales performance, monitoring occupancy, and maximizing revenue while promoting a high-performing, customer-focused culture. Key duties include overseeing daily sales operations across communities, allocating resources and scheduling staff, and collaborating with leadership to set and exceed targets for net rent, occupancy, renewals, and customer sentiment. The Sales Manager will train, develop, and empower leasing staff, coach team members through challenges, and provide regular feedback through one-on-one meetings. The role also involves process improvement, maintaining CRM and dashboards, and ensuring timely administrative tasks are completed. Qualifications include a minimum of two years of residential leasing experience with supervisory experience preferred, strong communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, the ability to work a varied schedule (including weekends/holidays), and the ability to travel as needed. The position requires on-site work at communities with occasional mobility and travel and the ability to tour properties as part of daily responsibilities.
