This role leads a multi-trade sales organization across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical trades, delivering hands-on training to energize and engage our sales teams while driving revenue growth across all channels, including Home Comfort Advisors, technicians, plumbers, electricians, and Customer Service Representatives. Responsibilities include driving revenue by surpassing sales goals; coordinating dispatch and resources; developing and monitoring training programs with KPIs; collaborating with sales and service teams to analyze local markets and introduce new products and strategies; and supporting operations during nights, after-hours, weekends, and holidays. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience leading a sales team, a track record of building relationships with decision-makers, strong change management and strategic thinking skills, and proficient communication. A valid driver’s license and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required. HVAC, plumbing, and electrical industry knowledge and Service Titan experience are preferred. Physical requirements include primarily office work with the ability to sit/stand at a desk, communicate by phone or in person, and occasional lifting up to 10 pounds. This is an exempt position.
