About the role

Emerson is seeking a Sales Manager to join our growing team based in one of our offices in Saint-Priest, Cergy, or Aix-en-Provence, France. The role focuses on developing, managing, and leading a network of commercial partners (distributors, agents, resellers, and specifiers) to increase Emerson France’s revenue, market coverage, and market share, while ensuring the commercial performance, retention, and strategic development of partners in line with Emerson’s objectives.

Responsibilities

Develop and expand Emerson France’s partner network by recruiting, onboarding, and managing distributors and agents aligned with business strategy.
Build strong relationships with partner stakeholders, set sales objectives, conduct performance reviews, and support partner growth through training and incentive programs.
Drive business development by identifying growth opportunities, managing sales pipelines, supporting strategic sales cycles, and promoting Emerson products, solutions, and services.
Contribute to revenue, margin, and market share growth through the execution of sales and value creation initiatives.
Monitor commercial performance through KPI tracking, forecasting, CRM pipeline management, risk assessment, and regular reporting to leadership.
Provide market and competitive intelligence to strengthen Emerson’s position and improve partner effectiveness.
Manage partners autonomously, ensuring achievement of sales and booking targets while maintaining alignment with company strategy.
Ensure compliance with Emerson’s ethics, quality, health & safety, information
