Aaron's is seeking a Sales Manager for our Newnan, Georgia location. The salary range for this role is $13.25 to $14.00 per hour, and this position is eligible for incentive pay based on performance. As a Sales Manager, you will be a key part of the customer service experience in our stores, generating leads, closing agreements, processing renewal payments, and physically handling merchandise to ensure showroom floors are well maintained. You will build long-lasting customer and vendor relationships, set sales goals, and drive new business with marketing strategies. You may assist the General Manager with operational functions and assist with deliveries if a driver is not available.
