As a Retail Sales Manager, you will train and lead a team to deliver an outstanding customer experience and exceed sales targets at the Dallas, Texas location. You will supervise the daily operation of the store, including hiring, scheduling, developing, and coaching staff to ensure consistently great customer experience, strong sales results, and compliant store operations.
