Aspire Living & Learning is seeking a motivated Residential Program Manager to oversee the on-site day-to-day operations of a group home for adults with developmental disabilities, ensuring that all residents receive appropriate clinical and medical services in compliance with DDS, funding agencies, and state regulations. The Residential Program Manager will mentor, develop, and supervise shift supervisors and direct care staff; maintain staffing schedules; assist with writing clinical assessments and overseeing ISP assessments; assume on-call responsibilities; support individualized program planning; administer medications when required; provide in-house and agency-contracted training and consultation; manage budgetary guidelines; assist residents with daily living skills, behavioral and habilitative plans, medical, psychiatric, and socio-emotional needs; collaborate with the People Team to plan corrective actions when necessary.
