Job Summary: The Rehab Project Manager will oversee all phases of construction for multiple multifamily rehabilitation projects, from initial concept through completion. Responsibilities include assessing project scope, maintaining schedules, allocating resources, and managing budgets and profitability.

Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution: participate in planning, budgeting, and designing rehab solutions for existing properties and acquisitions.
Scope, Schedule, and Budget Management: develop project scope, timelines, and budgets for rehab initiatives.
Material and Labor Coordination: identify needs, manage workflows, procure materials, and supervise contractors.
Risk Mitigation: address delays and site challenges to ensure timely completion.
Team Leadership: manage recruitment, training, performance reviews, and professional development of direct reports.
Contractor Oversight and Compliance: ensure adherence to scopes, budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
Financial and Quality Control: review payments, conduct inspections, ensure milestones align with payments.
Collaboration and Cost Management: work with teams to assess feasibility and risks.
Procurement and Vendor Management: assist in sourcing contractors and materials; define scopes of work.
