Regional Sales Manager – Electrical Division

Overview: The Regional Sales Manager drives growth in the electrical market through outside sales with independent manufacturer representatives and collaborates on joint sales calls with contractors, engineers, and distributors. The role requires significant travel and is based on-site in Stillwater, MN.

Key Responsibilities: - Grow the end-user base and increase sales revenue in the assigned territory. - Build and maintain a network of sources to generate new sales leads. - Engage customers to identify product/service needs; present and demonstrate solutions to meet those needs. - Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management. - Maintain reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship issues. - Set up, staff, and dismantle product displays at industry events. - Provide periodic sales forecasts. - Perform additional duties as assigned.
