John Crane, a business of Smiths Group, is seeking a proactive and commercially focused Regional Marketing Manager to drive growth across the region from Slough, United Kingdom. This 12-month fixed-term contract role requires developing and executing targeted regional marketing plans, collaborating with Regional Sales Leadership, Product Management, Global Marketing, and Channel Partners to engage customers, strengthen brand presence, support sales performance, and deliver impactful marketing initiatives. Responsibilities include: developing and managing regional marketing content (customer testimonials, case studies, success stories, and campaigns); ensuring compliance with global brand guidelines and training local teams; supporting country agents and distributors with channel marketing resources; coordinating with Marketing Communications to enable Account-Based Marketing activities; planning regional trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events; leading the company’s presence at key industry events (including ACHEMA 2027); working with Product Managers and Portfolio Directors on communications regarding growth priorities, product launches, sales targets, and strategic initiatives; developing sales enablement materials and measuring marketing effectiveness to improve ROI.
