Based in Poznan, Poland, the Regional Controls and Automation Engineer leads the design, implementation and lifecycle management of industrial automation and control systems across the EMEAI manufacturing network. This on-site role partners with manufacturing sites and engineering stakeholders to deliver safe, reliable and innovative automation solutions that improve operational performance, quality, sustainability and business results. Responsibilities include automation project delivery, manufacturing reliability, automation lifecycle management, industrial cybersecurity, continuous improvement and technical leadership. Lead automation and controls projects from concept through commissioning and handover; develop functional specifications and automation architectures; manage budgets, schedules and supplier performance. Provide advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis; improve equipment reliability and process performance; support critical production incidents 24/7 as required. Develop technology roadmaps, standardize platforms and engineering practices; support long-term asset lifecycle planning. Support OT cybersecurity initiatives and compliance; apply secure-by-design principles; partner with IT and cybersecurity teams. Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity and sustainability; support digital manufacturing and Industry 4.0 initiatives; apply Lean and Six Sigma. Mentor engineers, technicians and contractors; develop standards, documentation and training resources; promote collaboration and knowledge sharing. Travel up to 30%. Salary ran
