The recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate and new-hire experience. Responsibilities include creating, publishing, and managing job postings across multiple platforms, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating the hiring process, and administering pre-employment assessments and background checks to ensure fair and compliant hiring. Build strong relationships with hiring managers to develop talent attraction strategies aligned to the credit union’s goals; provide guidance on interviewing techniques and legal hiring standards.
