Quality Program Manager (Senior) — MultiCare Auburn Medical Center, Auburn, Washington, United States. This is an on-site, full-time position. The Quality Program Manager will develop and implement the Quality and Performance Improvement Program for the assigned services and location, partnering to create annual and multi-year plans that ensure quality, patient safety, regulatory readiness, and adherence to the standards for the setting of care. The Senior role provides advanced expertise and leadership in quality and safety to planning, performance assessment and best practices in the clinical domain. Responsibilities include directing activities related to the Quality Program to ensure initiatives and projects are completed within established timeframes, and performing ongoing performance analysis to identify clinical outcomes and other improvement opportunities; developing components of the QAPI and other regulatory requirements; conducting analyses using methods such as root cause analysis and descriptive statistics, value stream mapping; transforming data into quality analyses (Pareto diagrams, driver diagrams, dashboards) to communicate complex information; developing routine and ad hoc reporting to assess the effectiveness of PI projects and interventions; using Epic chart reviews to assess quality and safety of care and design improvement solutions; overseeing PI, analysis and reporting for projects in the assigned area and making evidence-based recommendations to departments and organizational committees.
