The successful candidate will maintain close client relationships, identify opportunities for project extensions and new work, coordinate with department managers, and lead proposal development and budgeting. Responsibilities include coordinating with sub-consultants, managing project schedules and QA/QC processes, preparing change orders, reviewing contracts, and ensuring timely billing and collections. Qualifications include a minimum of 10 years of site engineering and land development experience, a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, and a New Jersey PE license. Experience testifying before municipal boards as an expert witness is preferred. This role requires strong business acumen and a track record of cross-selling multi-discipline services.
