Overview As a Project Manager at Shimmick, you will manage all phases of construction, ensuring safety, compliance and timely delivery while coordinating with clients, subcontractors, engineers and field crews. Shimmick is a long-standing infrastructure builder with expertise in water resources, sustainable transportation and complex electrical construction. Responsibilities - Manage project execution including schedule, budget, quality and safety. - Plan and manage resources, including company resources, third-party vendors, designers, fabricators and contractors. - Direct the efforts of engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction management, and commissioning teams to develop execution plans and deliver projects on time and within cost. - Maintain relationships with key clients with potential for future work in the area. - Prepare and issue progress reports and ensure timely payments. - Monitor compliance with regulatory statutes and company policies. - Manage project stakeholders and interfaces. - Create and implement project updates, job status reports and quarterly EAC reports. - Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; 6+ years of experience or equivalent. - Heavy civil construction experience, managing projects over $30 million. - Strong understanding of construction contracts and risk mitigation. Preferred - 8+ years of heavy civil construction experience. - Experience with Water and Waste Water Treatment Plants, Concrete Structures, Electrical, Transit, Underground Utilities. -
