This is a full-time, benefited position funded through June 30, 2028. The salary range is $35.00-$45.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
Overview: The Project Manager will serve as the primary lead for the Occupational Health Branch's records retention program, including both physical and electronic records. The PM will develop, maintain, and update branch policies, procedures, and the Administrative Manual to ensure compliance with state and departmental requirements. In addition to policy work, the PM will provide in-office operational support and assist with routine administrative tasks to facilitate smooth branch operations.
Key responsibilities: - Lead the development, implementation, and oversight of OHB's records retention program (physical and electronic), ensuring compliance with state records retention schedules and Public Records Act requirements. - Maintain databases and filing systems for records tracking, retrieval, and archiving. - Provide training and guidance to staff on records management best practices. - Develop, draft, and update branch-wide policies and the Administrative Manual in collaboration with OHB leadership and staff. - Ensure policies remain current and compliant; prepare materials to communicate policies and procedures. - Assist with on-site operations (mail, packages, and other office tasks)
