About the role

Clark is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects across Southeast Michigan. This role requires someone who can manage multiple active projects, coordinate with a range of stakeholders, and take responsibility for project outcomes from start to finish. You will deliver projects on schedule and within budget while maintaining clear communication with clients, team members, and partners. In addition to project execution, you will work closely with the Business Development team to identify and secure future opportunities in the region. Based in Detroit, Michigan, serving clients across Southeast Michigan; ideal candidates may live near Detroit, Dearborn, Sterling Heights, Ferndale, or other surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities: - Project Planning: Define and maintain detailed project scopes, schedules, work breakdown structures, and planning assumptions. Proactively manage scope, budget, and schedule adjustments to keep projects on track. - Resource Management: Collaborate with superintendents and the management team to allocate personnel and materials effectively, ensuring optimal resource utilization to meet project goals. - Priority Setting: Establish and continuously adjust project priorities, reallocating resources as needed to meet critical deadlines and milestones. - Stakeholder Alignment: Clearly define roles and responsibilities for all stakeholders and ensure alignment and accountability across project teams. - Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key project performance metrics, identifying variances early and impleme
