About the role

Jensen Hughes is a leading fire protection engineering and risk-based consulting firm with a global presence. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for our Phoenix, Arizona office to oversee the delivery of a fire protection design project for the Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company. The Project Manager will coordinate program deliverables, manage schedules, interface with clients, and collaborate with design teams to ensure milestones are met.

Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements: Preferred Qualifications: Jensen Hughe

Develop and maintain detailed project plans and documentation, including technical delivery schedules, staffing assignments, and risk registers.
Direct project team activities across a wide range of engineering design and consulting tasks.
Prepare and present reports and presentations to the client.
Monitor project governance standards related to financial performance, resource capacity forecasting, and critical path performance.
Oversee staff performing building and fire code reviews, as well as the design of fire protection systems (fire alarm, sprinkler, and special hazard systems).
Project management experience.
Professional report-writing experience in a consulting environment.
Experience using project management software, such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or Microsoft Planner Premium.
PMP certification.
Project management experience in an AEC environment.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team; contribute to the long-term growth of Jensen Hughes.
