Key responsibilities: - Manage production crews and job assignments according to PuroClean production guidelines - Oversee scheduling, coordination requirements, and complete job files; monitor projects from start to completion - Complete documentation in a timely manner and maintain production costs at established rates - Represent the brand and drive customer satisfaction - Oversee all aspects of production processes and respond to customers’ needs - Identify areas for improvement and manage relationships with centers of influence - Manage production, pricing schedules, estimate details, and coordination with GM/Owner - Ensure job sites are left in an orderly condition and comply with uniform and policy guidelines - Communicate effectively with office staff, immediate supervisor, and technicians - Maintain cleanliness of equipment and products to high standards
