HKUST is seeking a Project Manager for Building Services to join the Campus Management Office in Brussels on-site. The appointee will assist the Head of Building Services - Development in master planning and design of building services systems for existing and new developments to support the university's long-term campus strategy and resilience. Responsibilities include developing sustainable building services solutions for energy, carbon, water and environment; managing multiple projects to deliver on time, within budget and to required quality; liaising with internal and external stakeholders; preparing project briefs, preliminary and detailed designs, tender/construction documents, and managing procurement and construction processes; monitoring construction quality and ensuring installations meet operational requirements; and performing other duties as assigned. Qualifications: degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services or related Engineering with full membership of HKIE, IMechE, IET, CIBSE or equivalent; at least 15 years of relevant experience in building services design and project management for buildings and infrastructure. Proficiency in English and Chinese (spoken and written) is essential. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and organizational skills, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to work independently. Experience in university/institutional buildings, laboratories/hospitals, with MiC and MiMEP experience considered advantageous.
