Project Manager – Aviation Engineering will provide intermediate-level project management oversight on airport design projects, coordinating with airport authorities, state agencies, counties, municipalities, and other consulting firms while ensuring FAA criteria and the ability to obtain professional licensure in multiple states. Responsibilities include delivering projects on time and within budget, supporting business development, mentoring junior engineers, coordinating team efforts, managing scope and budgets, performing CAD design and drafting with Civil 3D and AviPlan, preparing drainage designs, supporting construction phases, conducting site visits, and producing technical reports and bid packages. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, 6+ years of experience in airside and landside airport design, familiarity with FAA criteria and client relations; proposal writing, scope development, and budget preparation experience preferred. This is a full-time position with a base salary between $115,000 and $145,000 per year, plus equity and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, and PTO.
