We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support large-scale data center construction projects. Responsibilities include managing stakeholders such as architects, engineers and supply chains to deliver compliant projects, analyzing and tracking critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips, ensuring governance and best practice is applied, producing formal project status reports, monitoring multiple projects to ensure design standards are applied, managing supplier interfaces through monthly trackers and weekly reviews, and maintaining effective project communications. The role requires forecasting milestones and budgets, overseeing local design teams, providing technical support to owners, architects, general contractors and regional stakeholders, rapid responses to RFIs, and offering cost control, value engineering and constructability guidance. Independent review of status reports, drawings, timelines and costs, client relationship development, and contributing to strategic and knowledge management initiatives are also expected. SOX controls may apply where relevant. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field, strong organizational and management skills, effective presentation and communication abilities, and proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore and construction project ma
