Purpose: Support the project management business and other value-added services by managing multiple aspects of each project. Essential duties and responsibilities: 1) Execute and manage projects to ensure successful outcomes for customers and the company. 2) Lead projects from procurement through shipment as the primary point of contact for all items related to the project, including procurement with the purchasing team; tracking material arrival to meet project deadlines; adjusting material as required; regularly communicating with internal and external stakeholders regarding project status; coordinating with production teams to ensure on-time and correct builds; coordinating with partners for outsourced services and parts; coordinating delivery of materials to testing locations and final destinations. 3) Manage schedules across multiple projects and work groups. 4) Resolve customer issues related to projects. 5) Execute standard operating procedures to ensure successful completion. 6) Provide feedback and recommendations for updates to operating procedures as part of continuous improvement initiatives. 7) Conduct and host customer meetings related to status across multiple projects. 8) Enforce and comply with all company policies and safety procedures.
