The Project Manager is the overall leader for assigned projects, ensuring that all work is planned, implemented, installed and managed in accordance with safety, quality, and financial performance requirements. Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, training and supervising project staff; coordinating workload, scheduling, and resources; managing project profitability; reviewing job costs and invoices; and maintaining quality and safety standards. The Project Manager will act as the primary liaison with customer representatives, lead bid processes, and drive process improvements.
