The successful candidate will oversee planning, scheduling, and project controls, and manage the project team, coordinating designers, contractors, and owner personnel. Responsibilities include serving as the primary client contact, attending owner meetings, preparing and monitoring budgets and schedules, evaluating proposals and change orders, negotiating with designers, contractors, and consultants, reviewing invoices, coordinating with regulatory and utility authorities, securing necessary permits, and maintaining project documentation through the project management information system.
