Block is expanding its commerce media business in the United States and is seeking its first dedicated ad sales hire for the Cash App Media Network. This role is a hybrid Account Executive/Account Manager who can win new commerce advertising partnerships and grow existing ones. It is a 0-to-1 position: you will prospect and close new programmatic and social partnerships, then manage and expand relationships post-sale. You will also act as an internal evangelist for commerce media, helping cross-functional teams understand how our advertising solutions amplify their goals, not just generate revenue.

Responsibilities include owning the full lifecycle of a book of business—from prospecting to closing new partnerships to managing and growing relationships after the sale. Translate advertiser objectives into strategic campaigns using our ad formats, audience targeting, insights, and measurement tools, and oversee flawless delivery. Serve as the primary client contact across the relationship lifecycle, building trusted relationships with brand and agency stakeholders. Evangelize commerce media internally, collaborating with Growth Marketing and Partner Marketing to position our solutions as a multiplier for existing goals.
