The Program Manager will ensure programs meet organizational objectives and provide program quality control through data collection, trend analysis, and budget monitoring. Responsibilities include overseeing client recruitment and progression through enrollment, training, and employment, coordinating with volunteers, staff, and external partners, and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting. The role may supervise staff and will interact with clients and local employers to identify employment opportunities.
