Program Manager – Strategic Account (Israel) is Vertiv's dedicated program leader for a key strategic customer account, primarily based in Israel. This role serves as the single point of contact for all Vertiv deliverables and bridges internal business unit coordination with external governance to ensure seamless delivery from implementation through commissioning and lifecycle handover. Operating under a Hypercare principle, the role ensures accountability, proactive resolution, and clear communication across all workstreams, driving cross-functional alignment and governance adherence. Key responsibilities include owning end-to-end Israel deployments, representing Vertiv in governance reviews and executive briefings, building senior-level customer relationships, and coordinating across Vertiv Business Units to meet commitments and timelines. Travel within EMEA and to Israel is required, with offices and data center environments involved. Required qualifications include a mechanical or electrical engineering background, 5+ years of program/contract management experience, project management certification (Prince2, PMP, or equivalent), and strong English communication skills (Hebrew advantageous). This position may be based in Israel or EMEA, with regular travel to Israel.
