Program Manager II / Unit Manager for Health, Nutrition and Social Services will lead the Health Program Area within the organization’s country program. Based in Gliwice, Poland, the role oversees the Health unit and supervises project managers, providing technical support, training, and guidance to staff delivering health projects. Responsibilities include ensuring timely and sustainable program implementation, coordinating procurement and financial management with partners, and maintaining high-quality reporting to donors. The PMII/UM will liaise with regional and headquarters technical advisors, contribute to program design and grant proposals, and collaborate with Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL), finance, and other departments to integrate and harmonize activities. The position requires strong leadership, partnership engagement, and the ability to travel up to 30% as needed. English and local language proficiency are recommended per program needs.
