Program Manager - Construction will serve as the backbone of the account management team, collaborating with clients and insurance carriers to support Controlled Insurance Programs (CIPs). The Wrap Up Program Manager provides day-to-day client service and risk management on assigned accounts. You will work with Sr. Client Services Specialists, Account Executives, Client Advocates, and Claims Professionals to implement, maintain, and close out CIP programs. You will provide required reports to carriers and communicate enrollment and audit issues to carriers. You will participate in program meetings for selected accounts, and you will prepare and deliver master policies and management reports, coordinating with enrolled and excluded contractors as necessary. You will coordinate administration activities related to managing a CIP.
