Program Manager for Community Health Programs at Jackson Health System (Holtz Women's and Children - State and Federal Grants), based in Miami, Florida. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for directing day-to-day program operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing budgets, and supervising staff. The incumbent will liaise with external agencies and internal teams to coordinate reporting and policy adherence, and will lead the Telehealth Maternity Care Program (TMCP) initiatives to implement, coordinate, and grow program operations. A primary focus is developing, integrating, and expanding doula services while delivering a technology-enabled care model that supports pregnant and postpartum patients. The position requires collaboration with clinical teams, doulas, and community partners to improve patient experience and address social determinants of health, aligning with TMCP requirements and Jackson Health System priorities. Generally requires 5–7 years of related experience with management experience preferred. Education requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a related field. First 3 months are in-office, with a hybrid arrangement (3 days in office / 2 days remote) thereafter.
