The Program Manager will oversee program execution from start to finish, provide strategic direction, mentor project managers, and manage client relationships. Responsibilities include leading projects across the program lifecycle, planning and scheduling, monitoring budgets and KPIs, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. The position requires 7+ years in the Power Utility industry with engineering/operations and project management experience, including 3+ years of people management and at least PMP certification.
