About the role

Vadis is seeking an energetic, self-starting Program Manager to lead placement services for Individual Employment for individuals with disabilities. This full-time leadership role reports to the Program Director and will administer placement activities, develop business contacts with employers, and mentor staff to ensure high-quality outcomes. This on-site position is based in Lynnwood, Washington (not remote).

Responsibilities

Coordinate efforts with a wide range of agencies and stakeholders to provide support services necessary for positive training and employment outcomes
Recruit, screen, hire, train, and directly supervise program personnel
Conduct employee evaluations and lead regular departmental meetings
Monitor contract compliance for each program; act as liaison to external funding sources
Perform assessments, job development for clients, and supervise activities performed by staff
Participate in corporate planning and program evaluations, audits, and reviews
Effectively manage program budgets and maintain billing records

Requirements
