The Program Manager provides administrative and clinical support to program staff and oversees day-to-day operations of the FSP-ICM (HSSP) team. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, providing weekly supervision with clinical and administrative support, monitoring staff productivity and documentation, ensuring high-quality service delivery, supporting clients and crisis management, and participating in after-hours on-call. The role also involves promoting evidence-based practices, visiting project sites, and ensuring timely documentation in line with agency and contractual requirements; assisting in budgeting and policy development; coordinating strategies for addressing mental health, substance use, relapse prevention, and other risk factors affecting permanent housing; collaborating with other service providers and public safety partners; and preparing reports for the agency and funder. Qualifications include strong communication with diverse groups, excellent administrative and organizational skills, and experience supervising staff (bilingual preferred). Requirements include a Master’s degree in social work, human services, or related field; licensure as an MFT, LCSW, or LPCC in California; a valid California driver license and insurance; proficiency with MS Office and electronic health records; and willingness to travel to multiple sites.
