Responsibilities: Own the roadmap for our Data, Analytics and AI products; identify data-driven opportunities with business stakeholders and translate requirements into AI and Machine Learning solutions; analyze complex datasets, develop predictive models, and derive actionable recommendations; design, build and evaluate ML models and modern AI solutions using LLMs, RAG and agent-based workflows; manage the full product lifecycle from problem definition to deployment; ensure operation, monitoring and continuous improvement of AI systems in cloud environments; collaborate with Product, Engineering, Analytics and other stakeholders, communicating progress, risks and results clearly. Requirements: several years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Data Science, AI Engineering or Advanced Analytics; experience as a Product Owner/Manager; strong Python, SQL and modern ML frameworks; hands-on with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG); experience with cloud platforms (ideally AWS); knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD, monitoring and continuous improvement of production systems; strong analytical and communication skills; fluent German and English.
