As a Graphic Designer at Customlytics, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver new creatives and visual assets for our clients' mobile apps. You will work on tasks such as creating assets for app stores (icons, screenshots, feature graphics, AI videos) and content for multiple social platforms (Facebook and Instagram ads). You will support Junior Designers through feedback and collaboration, while guiding with the Design Lead's direction.

This position is primarily onsite, with four days a week in our Berlin office and the option to work remotely on Fridays.

Your mission: Produce creatives for platforms such as app stores, campaigns and promotional assets for social channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, Reddit, Snapchat), as well as web banners, emails, and push notifications. Collaborate with the entire Customlytics team (App Marketing Consultants, Paid Campaign Specialists, ASO Specialists, and mCM Specialists) to plan and execute design solutions for mobile apps, always meeting client needs. Support internal design and marketing activities to build brand awareness (promotional materials, marketing collateral, social media assets, presentations and print products; brand guidelines). Help implement new standards and processes in the design department.
