Responsibilities include planning and executing all development builds and rapid ramps for new products; coordinating engineering, Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing Process & Quality Engineering, and contract manufacturers to establish security, materials, equipment, fixtures, staffing, training, and documentation plans for NPI builds and ramp readiness at OEM sites; driving a phased gate approach to NPI development, program management, and ramp readiness that includes materials, equipment, training, documentation, and supply chain planning; driving detailed schedules for key NPI equipment buy-off and validation; proactively assessing risk and anticipating issues; prioritizing critical program activities and communicating updates to executives; and supporting process and quality improvements to drive yield, equipment uptime, and downtime reduction.
