Commission Junction (CJ) is seeking a Product Manager, Platform Services to define and execute the platform capabilities strategy for a secure, scalable, and AI-enabled CJ experience. This role owns the horizontal product foundation that spans the CJ experience and enables domain product teams, engineering, UX, API Platform, and security to build and scale shared capabilities, standards, and frameworks. Responsibilities include leading the strategy and roadmap for Platform Services across core pillars: Identity, Access & Organization; Shared Platform Experience; Design System & Experience Standards; Globalization & Localization; Platform Configuration & Communications; Shared Platform Integrations; Platform Performance & Experience Health; AI Experience & Agent/MCP Ecosystem; and Cross-Platform Strategy & Governance. The candidate will drive adoption of shared capabilities, measure platform adoption and health, and stay informed of AI, interoperability, and platform trends to inform CJ's strategy.
