Product Manager for Money Flows at Ebury, Porto (Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day from home per week). Ebury is seeking an experienced Product Manager to support the growth of the Money Flows platform with new products and features, expanding access to corridors and currencies for SMEs operating internationally. You will own and drive a key product area within Money Flows, from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with the long-term vision while balancing feature development, technical debt, and experimentation. You will manage the product backlog, translate regulatory changes into practical money flow capabilities, and collaborate with engineering and payments networks (including SWIFT, SEPA, FPS). You will gather client feedback, translate needs into clear requirements, and communicate updates and trade-offs to stakeholders. You will also contribute to leadership and onboarding of junior team members. The ideal candidate will have a combination of technical product leadership and deep domain expertise, with experience in consulting or banking on financial services or payments transformation, and relevant Fintech product management experience launching regulated products. This role is based in Porto, Portugal with a hybrid work arrangement.
