Key responsibilities: - Ensure all products meet company quality standards; inspect items for defects, inconsistencies, and packaging errors. - Monitor quality indicators and collaborate with quality assurance to maintain compliance with specifications. - Identify and resolve process issues, including machinery breakdowns, material shortages, or process inefficiencies. - Ensure all processes comply with quality specifications and safety protocols; report potential issues. - Maintain records of daily activities, performance metrics, and any issues that arise. - Work across multiple teams to maintain process continuity and timely product delivery. - Track processes, collect data, document results, and provide reports to inform opportunities for improvement. - Collaborate with quality assurance teams to monitor and document process deviations for official reporting. - Contribute input on process improvements.
