The High Performance Compute (HPC) team at Renesas is seeking a Senior Principal Program Manager to join the Program Management Office. The HPC PMO oversees the NPI development process, IP process, and third-party management, and partners with stakeholders to drive change initiatives and continuous improvement across HPC and the Renesas organization. The role supports the HPC Senior Vice President and Chief of Staff, driving continuous improvement, change management, critical escalation topics, process optimization, and decision support for senior stakeholders. Responsibilities include defining outcomes and timelines, building and maintaining the overall program plan, establishing milestones, conducting risk analysis with mitigation options, and providing regular data-driven updates to internal and external audiences. You will lead cross-functional teams across multiple locations, manage budgets, and communicate progress to executive leadership. The HPC program operates across global teams in Japan, India, Vietnam, and the United States.
