The Central AI organization builds foundational infrastructure, data pipelines, frameworks, models, and other capabilities to accelerate AI feature development across the company.

What you’ll do: - Drive development and implementation of cutting-edge machine learning algorithms, train sophisticated models, and collaborate with product, engineering, and analytics teams to embed AI functionalities into Atlassian products and services. - Design system and model architectures, conduct rigorous experimentation and model evaluations, and provide guidance to emerging ML engineers. - Contribute to shared AI experiences such as search, knowledge discovery, and conversational interfaces, ensuring AI capabilities are integrated across product lines.
