Ε.J. PAPADOPOULOS S.A., a leading Greek biscuits and bakery company, is seeking a talented, driven Plant Financial Controller to join our Finance Team at the Volos Plant, reporting to the Cost Analysis Manager. The role is based at the Volos Plant.

Role overview: As Plant Financial Controller, you will oversee factory finance controlling activities, including financial governance, manufacturing cost control, inventory management, CAPEX monitoring, operational reporting, and business partnering across the manufacturing site, while providing financial data and analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making.

How you will contribute: - Contribute to factory financial controlling activities and support accurate financial reporting. - Monitor manufacturing costs, production variances, inventory, and operating expenses. - Support CAPEX tracking and profitability analysis. - Prepare KPI reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and operational performance analysis. - Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Commercial teams. - Support continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, and ERP efficiency.

What you will bring: - Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. - 3–5 years of experience in a Financial Controlling role, preferably within a manufacturing or FMCG environment. - Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Hands-on and detail-oriented approach. - Experience in cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and operational finance is required.
