Plant Accountant and Controller (m/f/d) for TOMRA Feedstock, based at our plant in Tomter, Norway. The role will establish and perform general ledger accounting for one of our plants, prepare monthly and annual financial statements, and ensure compliance with local financial regulations as well as IFRS group standards. You will cooperate with external auditors and serve as the contact person for tax authorities, including VAT declarations. Responsibilities include handling bank transactions and reconciliations, preparing cash flow forecasts and managing the dunning process, and acting as ERP Key User for finance applications while contributing to system improvements. You will create and present monthly reports and variance analyses of actual performance, and provide recommendations for optimization. The role also supports the budgeting process and may involve special projects focused on continuous process improvements. Qualifications include 5+ years of professional experience as a fully qualified accountant in a production environment; strong knowledge of cost and asset accounting, product costing, and operations controlling; experience with ERP systems (IFS preferred); proficiency in Norwegian and English; university degree in Accounting/Controlling or Finance.
