Customer Service experience in automotive retail. Responsibilities include supervising and training employees, maintaining effective communication with customers and staff, monitoring sales and inventory metrics, ensuring operational efficiency, and collaborating with store staff and the commercial department to support timely deliveries and customer needs. You will also lead parts sales and inventory management, enforce safety standards, and resolve customer issues in line with company policies.
