As Manager on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, you will help drive sales, organize merchandise and back stock, oversee shipments, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. You will train and coach team members on policies and procedures, deliver impeccable customer service, and upsell multiple pairs and accessories where appropriate. You will uphold loss prevention and shrinkage controls and embody the Clarks brand. The role requires standing for extended periods, bending, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
