Milton Rents is seeking a high-performing Outside Sales Representative to grow its construction equipment sales and rentals. This field-based, relationship-driven role focuses on prospecting, winning new business, and closing deals in the field. You will prospect daily, build a strong pipeline (cold calls, on-site visits, networking), win new accounts and expand existing relationships, and drive sales of light and heavy construction equipment. You will meet with customers daily, close deals in the field, and own your territory to consistently exceed sales targets. Qualifications include outside or territory sales experience, a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas, strong closing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, high energy, self-discipline, and a valid driver's license with willingness to be on the road.
