Outreach Program Manager, Talent Engagement (Hebrew, English) in Dublin, Ireland (on-site). Design, plan, and execute a variety of virtual and in-person hiring events across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), from large-scale conferences to intimate dinners for talent. Partner with internal stakeholders including Recruiting, Pipeline Excellence, Employment Brand, People Operations, and executive business leaders to align hiring priorities and ensure seamless execution of initiatives for critical business areas. Track the impact and ROI of programs and events using internal tools and dashboards; ensure data hygiene and use insights to provide clear performance reporting. Collaborate with the Employment Brand team to create recruiting assets such as social media collateral, flyers, QR codes for events, and video content to attract talent. Manage budgets for events and programs, including vendor relations, swag ordering, and ensuring all spend is tracked and reconciled. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, three years of program or project management experience, and experience in event management, recruiting, or a related field. Fluency in Hebrew and English is required, with the ability to travel internationally, including to Israel. Preferred qualifications include experience in talent attraction or recruitment marketing with a focus on events, experience managing multi-stakeholder projects from inception to completion, program budgets and external vendor relationships, familiarity with the EMEA tech talent landscape
