Role: Order Manager Lead, Team Lead - Project Order Management, based in Schrems, Austria at Eaton's plant. You will lead the Order Management team to successfully execute customer projects from order intake through delivery and project closure. You will provide leadership, coaching, and governance to Order Managers, establishing standardized project management processes, tools, and performance metrics across the low voltage systems assembly business. This role is critical to building a high-performing project execution capability, improving predictability, and driving operational excellence.

Key responsibilities: - Lead, coach, and develop a team of Order Managers; establish clear roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations; conduct performance reviews; support recruitment, onboarding, and training; foster accountability, customer focus, and execution excellence. - Oversee the entire project portfolio for low voltage systems assembly; ensure priorities align with business objectives and customer commitments; monitor status, risks, resources, milestones; escalate issues and coordinate cross-functional resolution; ensure consistent project management practices. - Establish and maintain standardized project execution processes; ensure coordination between Front-End/Sales, Post-Order Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, FAT and Testing, Logistics; drive milestones and customer commitments; ensure smooth handover from pre-order to post-order execution. - Manage customer relationships; participate in reviews, escalation meetings, and governance sessions;
