Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to support the design, delivery, and operation of mission-critical facilities with a strong focus on data centre environments. This on-site role leads the full MEP scope on a large-scale data centre project in Hertfordshire and North London, UK, ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and performance of mechanical, electrical, and public health systems from construction through commissioning and handover. The MEP Owner’s Representative will supervise MEP subcontractors and specialist vendors, coordinate with CSA, commissioning, and project controls teams, develop detailed programmes, monitor budgets and variations, and ensure compliance with design specifications, contracts, and regulatory requirements. The role requires liaising with client representatives, consultants, and internal stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes, identifying and mitigating risks, and maintaining high standards of health, safety, and environmental management. Lead coordination and progress meetings, report on performance and risks, and support testing, commissioning, and final handover. SOX controls may apply where relevant. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
